Can I change the shipping address for my order?
Please email our customer care team at hello@herogram.app with your email, order number and updated address. We are only able to make the changes to your order if it has not yet been handed over with your selected courier. Unfortunately we cannot change the shipping address if your order has been picked up by courier, in transit to destination and when it is out for delivery.

We accept all major credit cards!
Will I be charged additional bank fees?
When placing an order with use, the currency you will see during checkout will be USD (US dollar). Once the bank processes the payment, they will account the amount based on the currency exchange rate. Your bank may or may not have fees for international transactions. Please check with your bank for further information.
Delivery
When can I expect to receive my order?
Depending on your location, we aim to have 3 days for express delivery and at least 7 to 15 days for standard delivery. Delivery options may vary depending on your address.
How much is the shipping fee charge?
The shipping fee for domestic orders is a flat rate of $10.00 or Dhs 35.00. if you have any inquiries about delivery, please feel free to contact to is at hello@herogram.app.
Will my package be charged delivery or customs fee?
We currently offer domestic fulfillment in Italy, Philippines, United States of America and United Arab Emirates. All international orders will be subjected to customs and duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of destination and based on product value.
